5.3. Copy a shared subject

The shared subjects can be read-only accessed. If you wish to edit one of them and use for yourself, you must work on a copy that will be created in your resources. Click on the arrow icon on the left menu or on the button labelled “I” Les sujets partagés ne sont accessibles qu’en lecture seule. Si vous souhaitez modifier l’un d’entre eux et l’utiliser pour vous même. Il vous faut travailler sur une copie qui sera placée dans vos ressources. Cliquez sur l’icône de flèche sur le menu de gauche ou sur le bouton “Import this subject into My Subjects”.

A popup appears to ask for you confirmation.

A confirmation message appears and inform you that the importation was successful.

If you go to the list of your subjects, the copy appears. We notice that course associated to your subject has also been copied. You can know edit the subject or create an assignment ot use it.
